Kristen continues to shower her best friend Alicia with affection. The Twilight actress was spotted with her arm wrapped around her former assistant, as they headed into a Rite Aid Pharmacy in Los Feliz, Calif on Jan 4.
Kristen Stewart, 24, and bestie, Alicia Cargile, are having a great time together. The pair looked happy and healthy while running errands in Los Feliz â€" where K-Stew tenderly placed her arm on Alicia’s back.

Kristen and her BFF Alicia looked rested and relaxed at their local Rite Aid Pharmacy, just days after celebrating New Year’s in Honolulu, Hawaii. Dressed casually, Kristen sported baggy grey pants, a white t-shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a Skaters cap with a No Problem logo.
This is the second time in a week the two have been spotted publicly displaying affection. On Jan. 1, K-Stew was pictured wearing boys’ underwear and holding hands with Alicia, while frolicking on the beach in Hawaii.
’Im t aking some time off because I’ve been working for two years,†she told USA Today. “I’m an actor and that’s my art form, and because I started that so young, I’ve always felt intimidated and insufficient when I think about other forms of art I want to create.â€
